Refund Policy

Due to the non-tangible, digital nature of the items sold at Purple Axolotl, we enforce a strict refund policy to protect our digital assets.

• All Sales Final: Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been sent or accessed, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

• Eligible Exceptions: We will gladly issue a refund or provide a replacement within 14 days of purchase only under the following circumstances:

1. You accidentally purchased the exact same item twice.
2. The digital file is corrupted or technically defective, and our support team cannot resolve the issue for you.
